All purchases made by Lilli and me will be packaged and will be dispatched safely. Once a customer makes an online order, he/she will receive a confirmation mail of all details mentioned about product purchased. Lilli and me  commits to deliver the products on/before the date mentioned on the confirmation mail sent to customer excluding bank and national holidays. Product purchased will be send to the address mentioned. 

We use Royal Mail First class  delivery service for most of our products, which usually arrived within 1-3 working days.

Delivery of Products Conditions:

Loss of product parcel

If the parcel has not been received or has been lost, the customer has 10 working days to declare the loss of a parcel. If the loss of parcel complaint is made within the time mentioned, then lilli and me will make an attempt to deliver the product and will complete the claim process keeping in mind, all information collected.The final response related to claims is given by the carrier within a one to three-week period.

Mistaken invoice for product

If any mistake has been committed by customer while making a purchase online, then it should be informed to lilli and me via mail in the allocated time duration.
